Delete your account
You can delete your Slap Okey account at any time. A deleted account cannot be restored; your game stats and titles go with it.
Delete in the app
- On the main menu, tap your name at the top left to open My account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Ask by email
From the email address linked to your account, send an email with the subject "Delete account" to support@slapokey.com and include your nickname. We will delete your account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
Guest accounts have no email. To have a guest account deleted, tell us its nickname and which phone you played on.
What is deleted, what remains

| Feedback you sent | Unlinked from your account; the text stays anonymous and is deleted after at most 1 year. |
| Anonymous usage records | Not linked to your account; deleted automatically after at most 180 days. |
| App error logs | Not linked to your account; deleted automatically after at most 30 days. |
